Deduction of the Cosmopolitical Idea - 2012.

27

"This paper attempts to deduce the concept of cosmopolitism from the notion of humanity and show the broad field thus opened to thought: the relationship with nature and the living world, the idea of a universal justice conceived on the basis of humanity as a subject, superior to the people or the state as a subject. From this hierarchy, it is possible to draw the idea of the people's right to resist oppression; territorial equity; and the right to live with dignity on the fruits of the earth in the places where one lives."
