<br/><br/> The review takes into account the bibliography of the researches on the banquets in the Greek cities from 1991 to 2011. These new researches are first presented in a chronological order from the Mycenean time to the Hellenistic period. Then emphasis is put on some themes such as the meals in the framework of the associations, the discourses on food and on banquets, banquet and gender.
