Mutual Recognition and Weaving of the Adoptive Link
- 2008.

Filiation and adoptive parenthood question, through a magnifying prism, the issue of mutual recognition within the building of the links of the family group. From the natural family to the foster family of reception then the adoptive one, the child who is abandoned then welcomed and finally adopted is confronted as the subject of its history to the question of its identity, of its belonging links and of its intersubjective relations. The support of a clinical example allows to question the mechanisms of recognition in the processes at work in the heart of building the adoptive link. Recognition cannot be without a certain knowledge which only needs to be acknowledged.
