<br/><br/> Dans cet article, les autrices abordent chronologiquement la situation d’un garçon qu’elles ont choisi de prénommer Arthur. Celui-ci présente une problématique narcissique importante qui s’exprime au travers de violences physiques et verbales. Sa résistance met à l’épreuve l’accompagnement institutionnel. C’est par le travail d’accueil et de liaison interprofessionnelle qu’elles ont pu recréer du sens autour de l’histoire de ce jeune et de sa famille.  In this article, the authors chronologically address the situation of a boy they have chosen to name Arthur. He has significant narcissistic problems that are expressed through physical and verbal violence. His resistance puts the institutional support to the test. It is through the work of reception and interprofessional liaison that they were able to recreate meaning around the history of this young person and his family.
