<br/><br/> L’entretien porte d’abord sur l’analyse des changements dans le monde du travail selon qu’on les aborde par la psychosociologie ou par la psychodynamique du travail. Il traite ensuite de l’impact de ces changements sur l’évolution de la demande adressée au praticien intervenant sur le terrain. Sont enfin esquissées les incidences des deux analyses précédentes sur les remaniements des principes de l’intervention en entreprise.  Work: From overview to revision of the principles of intervention The interview deals first of all with the analysis of change in the world of work from the perspectives of both social psychology and the psychodynamic study of work. It then deals with the impact of these changes on the way the requests addressed to the practitioner intervening in the field, has evolved. Then, the effect of the two preceding analyses on the reorganization of principles of intervention in the company are sketched out.
