<br/><br/> Nous analyserons l’évolution du concept de structure en psychanalyse et ses différentes approches, en montrant son importance et sa spécificité dans la clinique psychanalytique. La structure permet un abord particulier du diagnostic, « structure » à ne pas confondre avec les notions de « système », « catégorie » et « nosographie ». Un diagnostic structural n’est pas différent du travail normal de la cure, c’est-à-dire de sa direction. En ce sens, le concept de structure et celui de signifiant sont inséparables, comme le montrent la linguistique et l’anthropologie structurales, point de départ de la théorie de la structure chez Lacan. Lacan se détachera du structuralisme, en considérant la structure comme un ensemble fermé qui inclut sa limite et qui, à partir de sa limite, s’ouvre, et dont le sujet est partie intégrante.  We shall analyze the evolution of the concept of structure in psychoanalysis and its various approaches, by showing its importance and its specificity in psychoanalytical clinic. The structure allows a particular access of the diagnosis, « structure » that has not to be confused with the notions of « system », « category », and « nosography ». A structural diagnosis is not different from the normal work of the cure, that is, from its direction. This way, the concept of structure and that of signifier are inseparable, as shown in structural linguistic and anthropology, the starting point of the theory of the structure in Lacan. Lacan will detach himself from structuralism, considering the structure as a closed ensemble including its limit and which, from its limit, opens, and where the subject is integrating part of the system.
