N2  - Assimilé tantôt à une posture mélancolique, tantôt à une posture hystérique, le délire de revendication a fait l’objet de peu d’études psychanalytiques. S’appuyant sur des données cliniques, cet article met en évidence qu’il n’est pas réductible à la mélancolie, ni à l’hystérie, puis avance quelques hypothèses sur ses ressorts métapsychologiques. Il s’agit, ainsi, d’introduire les rudiments d’une clinique de la revendication; Considered sometimes a melancholic, sometimes a hysterical posture, the delusion of revendication has seldom been studied from a psychoanalytical point of view. On the basis of clinical data, this article shows that it cannot be reduced to melancholia or hysteria, then advances a few hypotheses on its metapsychological origins. It thus provides with the basics for a clinical approach of delusional revendication
