<br/><br/> La comparaison des fonctionnements de deux fédérations ayant pour objectif la formation de professionnels amène des interrogations sur leurs fondations, les cadres institués, les processus impliqués. Il y est notamment question des freins/re-freins et rituels ou codes mis en place pour accéder à l’alliance et de leur interprétation. Les difficultés du passage de l’inter-associatif au trans-associatif sont soulignées. L’article se présente comme un questionnement à partir d’observations sur ces fonctionnements.  The associative, the inter-associative, the trans-associative… Reflection on their psychic foundations in relation to two federationsComparing the modes of functioning of two federations which both have the aim of training professionals raises questions about their foundations, the established frameworks, and the processes involved. In particular there is the question of the curbs/restraints and rituals or codes put in place to permit access to the alliance, and of their interpretation. The difficulties of the transition from the inter-associative to the trans-associative are emphasized. The article sets out to raise a number of questions based on observations of these modes of functioning.
