N2  - L’implant cochléaire, objet de réparation de l’audition créé par des entendant-e-s pour les sourd-e-s, est d’abord un objet de la société avant d’être, si possible, un objet du sujet sourd. Encore plus depuis la possibilité de l’implantation des jeunes enfants, l’implant cochléaire ne viendrait-il pas actuellement se constituer comme un objet du désir de l’Autre pour le sujet sourd ? À partir de cette question et en appui sur une lecture du travail de Piera Aulagnier nous présentons le cas d’une jeune fille sourde de naissance, implantée à 5 ans et ré-implantée jeune adulte. Ainsi nous verrons comment la situation d’implantation cochléaire vient s’inscrire pour cette patiente et peut remettre au travail le contrat narcissique inévitablement signé entre le sujet, l’Autre parental-e et l’Autre social; The cochlear implant, an object created by hearing people for the Deaf to reconstruct hearing, is first and foremost an object of society before being, if possible, an object of a Deaf subject.
