<br/><br/> À travers le dévoilement progressif du savoir dans un cadre de thérapie familiale analytique, l’article décrit les positionnements transférentiels successifs du thérapeute et les questionnements liés à la rencontre avec des situations qui mettent en alternative le maintien d’un espace thérapeutique et l’éventuelle nécessité d’appel au social ou au légal externes.  KNOWLEDGE AND ETHICS IN CLINICAL SITUATIONS This article describes the successive transfer positions of the therapist through the progressive unveiling of knowledge within the context of an analytical family therapy. It also deals with situations which call for either maintaining a therapeutic setting or seeking assistance from outside social or legal institutions.
