<br/><br/> As part of a group approach to the family bond, the author seeks to put the symptomatology of an adolescent’s request for a change of gender into perspective within the history of his or her family group. She considers that the adolescent requesting the change is first and foremost the subject of his or her own history. The family’s overriding fear of a controlling influence sheds light on the question of identity. This is complicated by the problem of fraternal incest. The author puts to work her hypotheses on the questioning of gender and assignment, as well as the avoidance of an incestuous relationship in the light of transgenerational trauma.  Dans une approche groupale du lien familial, l’auteure propose de mettre en perspective la symptomatologie de la demande de changement de genre d’un adolescent avec l’histoire de son groupe familial. Elle considère que l’adolescent demandeur est tout d’abord sujet de son histoire. La crainte dominante de la famille d’un fonctionnement d’emprise éclaire l’interrogation identitaire. Elle se complexifie avec une problématique d’inceste fraternel. L’auteure met au travail ses hypothèses de questionnement de genre et d’assignation ainsi que l’évitement d’un rapproché incestueux au regard des traumatismes transgénérationnels.
