N2  - L’Autorité des marchés financiers a inauguré le modèle institutionnel, désormais en vogue à la faveur d’une interprétation rigoureuse des implications de l’impartialité, de la séparation organique entre le collège et un organe dédié aux fonctions répressives. Le témoignage de son ancien président permet non seulement de mieux appréhender l’organisation et le fonctionnement concrets de cet organe, mais aussi et surtout éclaire sous un angle inédit plusieurs débats suscités par son activité, notamment la question du concours des répressions pénale et administrative, dont chacun connaît la très forte actualité; The financial markets authority established the institutional model now in vogue.
