<br/><br/> After a short presentation of some rites in Islam and the Arab-Moslem culture, we attempt an interpretation of the use of religious rites by adolescents of immigrant origins. The migrant situation often diverts rites from their original functions so as to adapt them to the needs of the migratory context.
