Judicial authority: A public service?
- 2017.

The very term of “administration” seems to fit poorly with that of “justice”. The notion of public service refers to the idea of the administration and therefore to the executive of which it is a subordinate body. The judicial function, on the other hand, comes under the judicial authority, an independent constitutional institution. Everything appears to separate the two notions, and yet the doctrine has never challenged the existence of a judicial public service and this label also corresponds to positive law.
