<br/><br/> The practice of intervention from the perspective of Transition involves three essential stages: the analysis of the demand, the conception of an intervention setting, and the conducting of groups within this setting. The conception of the setting must, certainly, take into account the problems that have to be dealt with, but also the functioning of the structure concerned. In the example developed here, the setting is complex because the organizational function is complex too; and also because the existence of distinct groups is a necessity, as is the establishment of links between these groups. The analysis of the demand is not limited to understanding what is demanded, but consists in an analysis of the context, of the explicit and underlying problems, while taking account the place of the one who expresses a demand and the issues involved in it. Conducting the group refers to the way in which the intervener will manage what is played out in the work spaces of the setting. This process will be determined by the analysis of what is involved. It aims at a shared group elaboration allowing for a genuine evolution of practices.
