<br/><br/> It is a brief account of the way an operative system was adopted in the day hospital Cerep-Montsouris since the seventies. The Author’s experience of psychoanalytic psychodrama, and then of clinical teamwork, allowed them to catch the phenomenon of transferences diffracted onto several caregivers around each teenager. This led the Author to consider that the caregivers more involved on that phenomenon with a teenager were the most appropriate to perform the therapy with his/her family.
