<br/><br/> The authors suggest through the study of a clinical case to consider the symptom obesity by questioning the psychic stakes in the migration. They envisage that this clinic of the exile constitutes a trauma in the family sphere inciting the group to invest the body of one of them to testify of an unspeakable collective suffering. It is through the study of graphic productions, such as free drawing of the family tree and family drawing of the dream house, that the authors suggest an interpretation of what was not possible to symbolize. It is also the opportunity for them to propose possible arrangements in terms of therapeutic approaches so that these families be freed from their suffering.
