<br/><br/> Focusing on the perspective of research and access, that of the user and not of the creation of information, we shall try to emphasize the primordial importance of preserving the values and cultural richness of programs produced by local television, particularly from the South and especially from Senegal. Usually, television questions itself on the environment for which it produces material. It is above all the necessary documentarization of programs from countries of the South that we would like to emphasize. We will try to dissect here the tact developed by professionals in the domain of documentary audiovisual information through their approach and the tools used to make the contents more comprehensible.
