<br/><br/> Law 2002.2 guarantees the rights of users, while obliging social and medico-social establishments and services to carry out a correlated analysis of the concept of quality, as well as a process of continuous improvement. By drawing on the implementation of a quality approach integrated into the management of a medico-social structure, we analyze in what way this approach can, or cannot, serve as a tool to facilitate the rights of accompanied persons, as well as their participation.
