<br/><br/> This text, inspired by listening to an English song, describes an impossibility of depiction, the absence of perspective. Rémy Puyuelo provided me with a possible metaphor through Magritte’s painting Not to Be Reproduced, depicting Edward James with only his back being reflected by the mirror. In this case, reproduction is forbidden by a mise en abyme and by the mortiferous depiction of Edward James, whose face is hidden or absent.
