The Drôle de Pain bakery is a work integration social enterprise based in Montpellier. It is a dynamic and constantly evolving structure whose philosophy and operation are based on the three pillars of sustainable development: economic, social, and environmental. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the structure and its teams to reinvent themselves, without losing sight of the initial values. Meeting with Antoine Soive, founder and manager of the structure.
