The issue of children’s educational needs became a challenging one, in a time of complete globalization, and when a number of theories are carried out from multiple standpoints, among which we may emphasize: the perspective offered by philosophy, dealing for instance with the question of recognition; the one of developmental and child psychology, social psychology and research works about self-esteem; the one of educationalists interested in pedagogy and methods, since pedagogues and psychoanalysts focused, overall, on the question of human subjects’ apprenticeship. This set of notions concerning needs has to be taken into account in every day’s practices implemented within organizations and institutions, as a basis for what I call a “social micro-education”.
