He is very troubled by the possibility for the legislator to “foreclose” the intervention of third parties in the biological conception of a child, when the parents-to-be are unable to procreate – especially for gay couples. Slavery’s “Black code” enlightens what would be violence by law. Winter doesn’t fear a risk of madness, but the impossibility, for the adult to be, of assuming filiation and parenthood.
