<br/><br/> Through the analysis of the tragic figure of the seducer, in his obsessional and hysterical aspects, I would like to show how his schemes reveal his difficulty assuming his desire, and in particular, his desire towards a woman. According to our hypothesis, the Don Juan’s character is not part of the structure for the man, but it can present itself as a symptom, anchored in the paternal, not resolute question of the subject.
