N1 - 37 N2 - The proximity approach to territory-based economic dynamics develops the idea that a territory's specific resources reveal themselves over the long term from a process of coordination between actors. In this paper, we apply this theoretical approach to the case of environmental resources by defining the conditions for a mutual dynamic linking a territory's actors working for the integration of environmental constraints in the process of production. We stress the dual dimension of such a process of territorial construction, including the importance of collective discussion of environmental value and the emergence of cognitive resources from coordination among actors UR - https://shs.cairn.info/journal-geographie-economie-societe-2008-3-page-365?lang=en&redirect-ssocas=7080 ER -
