It then offers a framework for thinking about the involvement of all stakeholders in the design and execution of projects: that of common ownership. Finally, the article discusses the notion of social intermediation as a possible position for holders of the State Diploma in Social Engineering in order to promote the appropriation of projects by publics excluded from spaces of deliberation
