N1 - 80 N2 - Can boundary objects help regulate interpersonal conflicts in the social and medico-social sector? This article uses the concept of the boundary object to frame its examination. An ethnographic approach consisting of two longitudinal case studies in the social and medico-social sector was deployed. By proposing the concept of the boundary object, we demonstrate their role in the virtuous and sustainable handling of interpersonal conflicts UR - https://shs.cairn.info/journal-agrh1-2021-1-page-135?lang=en&redirect-ssocas=7080 ER -
