N2  - Three models of political integration are compared in the francophone space. The French republican model is compared with the multiculturalism model of North America and with the Creole model borned in the Caribbean space. Whereas the second model seems to take into account enthnicity differenciation, it doe not propose, like the first one, any values to develop cultural diversity and solidarity. The Creole model is said to be very useful theoretically speaking but does not offer a political alternative
