<br/><br/> The proliferation of conflicts, their intensification, and the rise of authoritarian states seem to be creating a crisis for multilateralism. Global bodies appear to be paralyzed. However, this warrants a closer look. Societies are having their say and international judicial organizations are playing a significant role. Last but not least, the ecological sensibility that calls for the consideration of all living things is also evident in multilateral cooperation.
