Problematic: In Cameroon, as in other countries in sub-Saharan Africa, Palliative Home Care (PHC) protocols are almost non-existent for cancer patients. Objective: To develop multidisciplinary PHC protocols for women with advanced breast and cervical cancers in the western region of Cameroon. Methodology: This mixed study was devoted for six months to the development and validation of 31 care protocols (see annexe) based on 48 health problems listed in a retrospective study. 36 experts selected by the purposive sampling technique provided qualitative information that was assessed by a thematic content analysis, while the quantitative data was processed with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). Results: The experts were on mean 42.79 years old. Their responses converged significantly between the first two Delphi rounds (Z = -0.280) that allow the development and validation of 74.39 % non-pharmacological interventions and 25.61 % pharmacological interventions. Conclusion: Integrate these protocols into the package of activities selected as part of the implementation of universal health coverage in Cameroon.
