<br/><br/> Following decree no. 2019-1271 dated 2nd December 2019 on the procedures for classifying and protecting national defence secrecy, Interministerial General Instruction no. 1300 on the protection of national defence secrecy (approved by an order of 13th November 2020) seeks to update the levels of classified information and to take into account both the importance of private players and the process of information digitisation.
