N1 - 74 N2 - Coworking spaces are considered as a new form of work organisation without hierarchical relations and a priori without common objectives between members. However, in these third places, many occasional and informal but also organized social interactions are developing. In addition, the openness, socialization and knowledge-sharing characteristics of this type of place could be conducive to creativity. This article proposes to study how coworking spaces promote coworkers' creativity.
