<br/><br/> Psychiatry and mental health have always been areas of fruitful exchange between France and Argentina. We describe two clinical tools, resulting from French research, which have had a major impact in Argentina following their translation into Spanish: the Classification française des troubles mentaux (CFTM R-2015) and the Clinique organisée des psychoses (COP 13), a scale for clinical description and evaluation. These bear witness to the possibility of “another psychiatry,” one guided by psychopathology.
