N2  - We present the case of a 79-year-old patient hospitalized for Ekbom's syndrome, diagnosed three years ago. We find delusional ideas of infestation and bewitchment, hallucinations that are essentially synesthetic and auditory, as well as depressive and anxious symptoms. These symptoms have been reversed with treatment with Quetiapine and Sertraline.The chronology of the symptoms leads to the diagnosis of Ekbom's syndrome, which appeared secondarily to a major depressive disorder.
