N1 - 67 N2 - The COVID-19 crisis has had a huge impact on our societies. It has highlighted the vulnerabilities of our health care systems, which were more focused on supply than demand. The crisis has accelerated the patient emancipation movement and the questioning of the eminence-based approach of medicine. Telemedicine is the crossroads where these two movements meet. And although much is still to be learned on both sides, this evolution of medicine is promising. Patients feel more responsible for their own health and are increasingly in charge. The health care system, and doctors in particular, are more available when needed. This e-movement relieves the burden on overwhelmed outpatient services, thus making it possible to envisage an affordable and sustainable health care system UR - https://shs.cairn.info/journal-l-information-psychiatrique-2020-8-page-623?lang=en&redirect-ssocas=7080 ER -
