<br/><br/> From his early studies on language, Walter Benjamin proposed a theory on resemblance by giving a central role to the child playing as a “school” for mimetic behaviors. This paper is devoted to testing this theory through Benjamin’s autobiographical work Berlin Childhood around 1900.
