Global acceptance of ever-increasing harder working conditions leaves you with something to think about. Two elements could contribute to understanding this lack of controversy. The first refers to the supremacy of liberal ideology and its implementation as an enterprise based on “values” of equality, responsibility, freedom, risk-taking, etc. The second element concerns working relationship dynamics that try to unify each group around a “secret.” Each member confirms his or her adherence to the group without revealing this “secret.” In such a circumstance, it becomes impossible to break the silence and to take the risk of being excluded. The promise of bliss through liberalism makes itself an impassable horizon as well as a guarantee of entitlement the possession of which is however continuously delayed in favor of individual suffering borne on behalf and at the cost of solidarity with the group.
