TY - BOOK AU - Bernard,Sophie TI - Autonomy for the organisation: between self-employment and employment PY - 2023///. N1 - 78 N2 - The recent transformations of work - whether self-employed or salaried - have contributed to a blurring of the boundaries between these employment statuses. This article proposes to analyse this rapprochement through a sociology of work and employment of these ‘independent’ salaried workers and ‘dependent’ self-employed workers. The destabilization of the wage condition and the growth of these ‘new’ self-employed workers are part of a common dynamic, participating in the expansion of a grey zone in which autonomy for the organization is deployed: an autonomy put at the service of the company’s performance. This grey zone is presented more as a space of precariousness and relegation of a female and racialised population than as a path to emancipation UR - https://shs.cairn.info/journal-les-politiques-sociales-2023-1-page-14?lang=en&redirect-ssocas=7080 ER -
