Collaboration between Priests and Lay Women Mandated in Territorial Pastoral Work

<br/><br/> The article gives the floor to actors in the field : priests and lay women mandated from Brussels and Waals Brabant, about their collaboration in territorial pastoral care. They reported on the elements that facilitate or complicate co-responsibility, on the emerging benefits, or the impact of their collaboration… The results are largely positive, while also highlighting some tensions. The lines of force showing from the survey are then re-read with the help of practical theology’s literature ; the outlook is to see how these experiences feed the ongoing reflection on synodality and ministries.
