Functional economy of qualified data at the heart of virtuous growth

The integration of “extra-financial value” (Dessertine, 2023) is at the heart of changes in the valuation paradigm for virtuous and ethical growth in the face of multifaceted crises (ecological, economic, trust) using access to impact and opinion data. The example of the digital tool resulting from the innovation Deeptech Xvaluator reveals the major potential impact of European artificial intelligence (AI) in the world of data and new strategies for enhancing their financial and extra-financial value. To face these crises, the economic models of post-Fordian industrial, service, and financial growth designate “social and environmental capital” as “externalities or extra-financial values” (Laperche and Uzunidis, 2012). Today, this translates into the ex ante integration of perceived impacts by a central augmented value. It is thus possible to envisage a new virtuous growth capable of being perceived collectively through new digital tools for “agilizing” organizations and their “open innovation” processes (Chesbrough et al., 2008; Paun 2018; Barbaroux, 2020; Adatto, 2018) resulting from Deeptech innovation in France and Europe.
