<br/><br/> If the circle of “Meditators” abandoned the exhibition of art in order to bring it to life, it was not without coming up against unsurpassable paradoxes, which are ultimately those of Romantic art in its socio-political aims. The telescoping of past and future in their approach translates into the restoration of the Greek Golden Age; this art, which is intended to be a political action, is above all a call to purity.
