Scenography as heterotopia: From the elsewhere to the after
- 2018.

This article focuses on the dialogue that scenography creates between an ephemeral work and a heterotopic space. Going against a definition of scenography as the arrangement of a delimited and enclosed space, our purpose is to consider the opening up of the scene toward an “elsewhere,” as a way for the work to survive. A bridge is established from this “elsewhere” to the “after.” By creating favorable conditions for recollection, scenography allows the audience to cultivate the desire for replay.
