Management beyond the Subject - 2012.

27

Amongst the many ways of understanding and approaching « the management beyond the subject », this article argues that management as a social science should keep distance from the subject as a person. Its mission is to influence the subject’s behavior. Even though most current approaches of management tend to position the subject-person-actor at the core of any managerial action, there may be the risk of a deadlock. To keep away from the subject might concretely mean that management takes care of the Other, of time in an approach of the social life that is more subtle.
