These “working non-working” moments, or space interstitials, contribute to the making of the team. The banality of the exchanges scarcely conceals the powerful feelings that underpin the conversation. Thanks to the interstitials, the members of the institution can, by recognizing one another as similar, feel the pleasure of living together. This togetherness emerges from the sharing of the same utopia; the utopia which expresses itself in the legend of the origins of the institution.
