<br/><br/> In the face of the current crisis of sexual abuse in the Church, there is an urgent need to deepen the relationship between ecclesiology and morality. Bernard Häring’s reflection is particularly stimulating on this issue. From The Law of Christ onwards, he has sought to highlight the ecclesial character of Christian morality. His understanding of co-responsibility as co-responsibility in salvation provides some keys for thinking about co-responsibility in the Church as inherent to its salvific mission.
