It analyzes the “PPCDAm – Plano de Ação para a Prevenção e Controle de Desmatamento da Amazônia Legal” (Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Deforestation of the Amazon Rainforest), focusing on norms and management tools present in Federal Decree n° 6.321/2007, specially on policies tailored for priority municipalities, this analysis identifies which actions lacked implementation and its consequences
