<br/><br/> Le Monde diplomatique, with the International being part of its identity ever since its establishment in 1954, has known considerable evolution in foreign dealings. Ever since the seventies, a decline of franco-centrist could be observed due to the appeal of collaborators coming from the countries under coverage. However, this evolution cannot be dissociated from organisational and economical constraints specific to the journal, particularly in an autonomisation context with regards to the daily paper Le Monde.
