Transforming Time into a Therapeutic Tool - 2006.

38

For each one of us, time represents the ineluctability of change, of the passage, and of the losses that accompany us from conception to birth, maturity, old age, and death. As depressive as this consideration may seem, our worst enemy can become our ally, helping us to achieve our projects, and it can even be transformed into a therapeutic tool. The technical means of a therapy of time can materialize into the follow-up, theoretical but possibly also practical, of the moments of the day, with schemas or discussions around the difficulties encountered in different stages and different activities.
