<br/><br/> The two economic approaches to value through work or utility share a vision of value as pre-existing to exchange and intrinsic to goods; pragmatic sociology invites us to shift this view from theories to the practices of actors. The pragmatic approach through financial ethno-accounting shows that asset prices depend on the modalities of capital accumulation and the profit expectations of the different stakeholders.
