<br/><br/> New areas of conflict are calling into question the fundamentals of our strategy and compelling us to think differently in the face of the many interferences and changes in power balance that are now ruling the international scene. The culture of the navy could help us to gain a better grasp of the impact of these new fields of confrontation and therefore to respond to them more effectively.
